    Overall, a good experience - Good product and excellent customer service - The Shooter Assist Stand for disabled archers was shipped promptly after I submitted the online order. The hardware (swivel end bolt) that fastens the bow to the stand was not included in the box, however,I emailed Doreen and she indicated the swivel bolt would be shipped immediately. There were no written instructions in the box but the video on their website in which Tony explains the assembly of the stand is excellent. Good job, keep it up!!
